Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for a refund

You may request a refund within 30 days of your order confirmation date. To be eligible, items should be unused and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging where applicable.

2. How to request a refund

Email vbuzzvape@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll confirm receipt and let you know the next steps, including return shipping if applicable.

3. Processing time

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Non-refundable items

• Items marked as final sale at time of purchase.
• Gift cards.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
